At Pro Breeze, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your home appliance, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and cables to ensure a smooth processing of your refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
